Neil Butler
Chief Executive Officer
Neil joined PanOpSys in September 2004 from Oxford Biosensors where he had led the company as MD from its inception in 2000. Neil's primary business interests involve new business creation and product introduction.
Most of his career has been in Medical Diagnostics as well as Medical and Electronic Materials. Prior to joining Oxford Biosensors he was VP of Electronic Films, a Rexam business based in North Carolina focused on electronic and medical markets. Before moving to the US he had been Sales and Marketing Director for Rexam's Coated Films business in Europe developing electronics, wound care and transdermal drug delivery applications.
Prior to joining Rexam Neil held a number of senior roles in Celanese. Neil brings to PanOpSys a knowledge of both the Global Diagnostics Industry and new company formation and development. Neil has a degree in Engineering.
Chief Scientific Officer
Tim holds a BSc in Biochemistry, an MSc in Clinical Biochemistry and a PhD in Clinical Chemistry.

Steve holds BSc and PhD degrees in Chemistry from the University of Edinburgh, is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry and a chartered chemist.
